Nicole McKenzie
Has over 25 years of experience in: federal program management, training development and design, on-site assessment of training needs, leveraging resources from state, federal and private sources, grant writing, project management, recruitment of training candidates, training vendor selection, negotiation, coordination of state agency services, budget negotiations and oversight. In her final year of work in the public sector, Nicole co-wrote four (4) federal grants, of which three (3) were funded; bringing in over $6 million dollars to the state of New Hampshire. Her years of experience have enabled her to develop strong relationships with many public and private organizations that span New England and beyond. These relationships are key aspects to the success of Workforce Designs, Inc., as it is people who make things happen.

Susan Gray
Susan & Nicole worked as a team at the NH Job Training Council for over three years; and Susan brings many of the same design and management skills to the company. However, through other training related experience; Susan adds program tracking and oversight, direct training delivery, youth pre-employment program coordination, marketing, and a very strong national network of professional relationships & contacts.
